Rosemount Cabernet Sauvignon

Rosemount Cabernet Sauvignonit has been eons since I have blogged but tonight is the night I change that. we are having this go-to Australian Cabernet tonight with a meal of short ribs (from a local cow) braised in tomatoes and garlic and onions on quinoa along with sautéed Brussels sprouts. Both Tom and I had a very invigorating run this morning in sunny, cold January Michigan weather. This meal is exactly what we needed.
