Stone Cellars by Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

This Stone Cellars by Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 was a $5 grocery-store purchase.

It’s a simple wine with a pleasant, fruity nose. Medium body, medium tannins. Some taste of caramel that’s a bit off-putting but not badly so.

This is another inexpensive wine that serves pretty nicely as a middle-of-the-week table wine. (This seems to be the theme of this week’s wine selection thus far!) Not as fun as some of the others we had this week, but OK.
