Tom is having this Merlot tonight and i am finishing a cabernet from last night. i ask Tom what he thinks of this Merlot and he says “nice dark fruit but a bit sweet and a bit carmelly. It is an okay table wine. I wouldn’t seek it out.” We are having pork loin with potatoes and gravy and steamed cauliflower.
