What a fabulous tasting wine. This Concannon Cabernet Sauvignon is smooth, full bodied, dry and big. The nose is cherry and smoke. Big, dry and complex on the palate. Really, this wine has everything I love in a wine. I will serve it tonight with a hearty bowl of chili, whole wheat bread and sharp white cheddar. . .
Tom: This Concannon Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 is excellent. It has a typical cabernet tannic quality and nice, rich fruit flavors. It has a particularly soft, almost merlot, taste, not overly alcoholic or rough tasting. A very good wine.

Melody…I should have guessed we would have similar tastes in wines… I love a good cabernet and was able to find this Concannon Cabernet Sauvignon here in Charlevoix. It is on my list to try soon. Thanks! Vicki

Vicki. . .Good! You found it! Let me know what you think after you taste it! I am eager to try the Malbec you recommended. Are there wineries in Charlevoix?
