This Steltzner Cabernet Sauvignon is a tannic, full-bodied dry wine. Explosive in mouth. So lovely! This is from the Stags Leap District in Napa Valley.

Super smooth with a thick texture. Cherry fruit; tannic. This is wonderful. Great blend of acidity and fruit flaver. I like this David Gerard Cabernet Sauvignon!
This Concannon Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is fabulous! Love it! Beautiful nose. Tannic, but not harsh. Very smooth with a big bouquet, rich fruit flavor, but not a single discernible fruit. Delicious and drinkable.
Delectable. Decanting brings out the best in this wine. Rich, chocolate taste; acidic. Dark fruit taste. This Jacob’s Creek Cabernet hits the spot.
My favorite Michigan red! Complex, tannic, big. Chocolate finish. Tom says you would guess it is a big, fruity, tannic Australian Cabernet or a French wine. Tannic, but with extra fruit. Very comparable to European or California wines. (Tom bought be a case of this for Christmas and we try to make it last.) I love Cherry Creek Montage!!
This Cantina Zacagnini il vino Dol Tralcetto is a deep red, dry wine. Not particularly fruity. Dry and “dark” flavors – hints of currants or blackberries. The opposite of the Australian fruit bombs. Flavors became milder after breathing. Delicious and subtle.
This Glass Ridge Chardonnay was a gift from my parents. Fruity, light & summery with hints of lemon and cantaloupe. Easy to drink; refreshing! Bouquet of strawberries.
Nicely tannic with tobacco overtones. Not too fruity or thick. Tastes of blackberries. Very good!
This Avalon Napa Valley Cabenet has a good balance of acidity and velvety-smooth texture. Blackberries and currants with vanilla finish.
1 – 8 – 07 This Marquest de Caceres Crianza Rioja is from Spain; very fruity with a smooth finish. A delightful aroma in the glass.
